While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to refund the order except in cases where there is damage to the product. There is a 3 hour window after purchase when an order can be cancelled free of charge.

There is no need for return labels at this point. Just get contact the customer support team with your email address, order number and the correct model that is required.
