Linda Calvert Jacobson grew up in sunny South Texas, where wildflowers put on a dazzling show every Spring through early Summer—nature’s very own fireworks! A proud native of Floresville, Texas, Linda’s been drawing since she could grip a pencil and painting since the ripe old age of 14. She lovingly credits her parents for cheering her on and encouraging her to dive into art, which quickly became her lifelong passion. In 2003, from her cozy home in the Texas Hill Country, Linda began crafting her own vibrant, contemporary style of painting wildflowers—bold, joyful, and unmistakably her own.
