Shopping, Returns & Exchanges

What phone case should I buy?

In case you
find yourself uncertain about which phone model suits you best, kindly refer to
the information available in your phone settings. If you require any further
assistance in identifying your phone model, please feel free to reach out to us
via email at support@stringberry.com.

Can I cancel my order?

We
understand that changing one's mind is a common occurrence. However, since our
products are printed on demand and not kept in stock for purchase, we can only
accommodate cancellations we receive prior to the commencement of the
manufacturing process (typically within two hours of placing the order). Kindly
ensure that you notify us promptly if you desire to cancel your order.

Please get in touch with the customer support team within 3 hours of an order for cancellation.

Can I exchange my order?

We
may only process exchanges for products that are defective. Please keep in mind
that each of our products is customized and created based on your unique
specifications, so they cannot be easily replaced. If you have any questions,

Shipping & Customs

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Where does my order from Stringberry print and ship from?

In
collaboration with our partners, we ensure that orders are printed within
proximity to the delivery destination in the same region as the delivery
address. Our facilities are in various regions, including the UK, US, EU,
Australia, and South Korea, ensuring swift delivery of these beauties to your
doorstep.

What is the shipping policy?

Upon
placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to inform you that our
fulfillment team has received it. Once your order is fulfilled, a notification
email will be sent containing your tracking information. Please note that
shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Will I get charged customs taxes for my order?

Customs regulations can vary from country to country. If you
live in the UK, US, Canada, EU, Mexico, Japan, Australia & New Zealand your
order will not be subject to customs charges as we have internal facilities in
those countries. While all reasonable steps are taken to comply with standards
some items may be deemed prohibited and seized by the receiving country.

What Phone brands do you stock cases for?

We sell cases for the following phone brands: Apple iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel.

Do your cases cover the screen?

The only case that covers the screen
of the phone is the Folio wallet case. The others do not cover the screen of
the phone, but they have a slightly raised bevel to protect the screen. We also
don't provide screen protectors when you order a phone case from us, they can be bought separately from our drop down menu

Which part of the watch strap is printed on?

The design is printed on the outer facing side of the watch strap only. The inner side of the strap is a plain dark grey.

Which iPads do you make cases for?
