Returns and Refunds

  • Custom & Print-on-Demand Items All Stringberry products are printed to order and are therefore custom-made goods. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to a consumer's specifications. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your items are custom-produced and are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal.

    Defective or Damaged Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at support@stringberry.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

    Incorrect Orders If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us at support@stringberry.com and we will resolve it promptly at no charge.

    Refund Processing Approved refunds will be confirmed by email and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    EU Statutory Rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable EU or national consumer protection law, including your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods under the EU Sale of Goods Directive.
